Farm Dog Certification title is designed for working farm breeds to showcase training and temperament in a farm environment. Similar to a Canine Good Citizen test or Temperament test, dogs and their owners will navigate a series of 12 exercises that are typical in a farm environment, such as behaving around livestock and working comfortably around farm equipment.
We are hosting two FDC tests, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Details about the requirements for FDC testing can be found at the link above, and more information about the March 29th tests can be found in the premium.
Special FDC New Title Rosette for all FDC titles earned!
$25 per evaluation (pre-registry or same-day available)
Canine Good Citizen title is designed to test and award dogs for their "real life" manners skills. Exercises required for the CGC test include walking politely on a leash and remaining under control in different day-to-day obedient scenarios, such as encountering other off-leash dogs or friendly humans.
CGC evaluations will be offered all day long on a first-come first-serve basis.
Special CGC New Title Rosette for all CGC titles earned!
$25 per evaluation (pre-registry or same-day available)
Canine Good Citizen Advanced, A.K.A. "Community Canine", is the next step up from the basic CGC. Dogs will showcase 10 additional skills in this test, including more advanced "real-world" obedience behaviors, including remaining calm in crowded areas and distance commands.
CGCA evaluations will be offered all day long on a first-come first-serve basis.
Special CGCA New Title Rosette for all CGC titles earned!
$10 per run (pre-registry or same-day available)
Rally is a popular teamwork-based obedience sport that consists of a course set up with a variety of trained obedience behaviors. The Virtual rally program allows teams to try out the sport from home or in a quieter environment for new teams or environmentally sensitive dogs. Teams will perform pre-designed courses and video their runs; 3 runs are required for each level title.
Novice Rally Course and mobile phone tripod will be available to use all day on a first-come first-serve basis.
AGILITY COURSE TEST COURSES: ACT 1J AND ACT 2J
$20 per run (pre-registry or same-day available)
The Agility Course Test program is a wonderful way for beginner dogs and handlers to enter into the sport of agility. The ACT 1J and ACT 2J courses are simple and allow teams to showcase their beginner skillsets, as well as learn the ringside procedure at an agility trial. These titles are earned virtually, meaning teams will record themselves running the course and submit the videos to AKC for scoring and earning the title. Two recorded runs are required for each title.
We will have these courses set up along with a mobile phone tripod to allow teams to run and record in order to submit for their titles. Run order for these courses will be first-come first-serve. Schedule for walk-through and running courses will be noted in the premium link at the top of the page.
$15 per evaluation (pre-registry or same-day available)
AKC's Trick Dog title series is a set of 5 titles of increasing complexity showcasing a dog and handler's teamwork and performance skills. While the Novice title can be earned with basic tricks that most dogs know, upper levels of Trick Dog titles include more complex and entertaining behaviors, with the Trick Dog Elite title consisting of a themed and narrated performance.
Trick Dog evaluations are offered all day on a first-come first-serve basis. Only one evaluation required to earn each level title. Trick Dog Novice (TKN), Trick Dog Intermediate (TKI), Trick Dog Advanced (TKA), Trick Dog Performer (TKP), and Trick Dog Elite Performer (TKE) evaluations offered.
***Please remember to bring your props/toys/equipment if using them for tricks! We will only have some basic props available for lower level titles.***
